Welcome to The Power CEO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Power CEO mobile application, Grappling Booster mobile application, and related websites and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by The Power CEO, Inc., doing business as Native Vibe ("The Power CEO," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
The Power CEO is a fitness and meditation application designed for busy professionals and executives. Our Service provides:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
Free Access: Before registration, you may preview generated workouts subject to an app-defined limit. A registered free account includes a limited number of complete training sessions and stand-alone exercise videos, plus favorites and training history.
Subscription Options: We offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Current local pricing, duration, and features are displayed on the in-app purchase screen before you confirm a purchase. Promotional offers or offer codes issued and redeemed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store may unlock the same premium features for their stated duration.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
Payment Processing: Mobile subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. The Power CEO does not directly receive or store your payment-card details. All purchases are also subject to the terms of the applicable store.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
Eligible active members may send private, single-use referral invitations. An invited new or returning member may receive a store-managed subscription offer of up to one month through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The exact offer duration is shown by the applicable store before confirmation. The inviter earns a 30-day membership reward only after the invited member completes the free offer period and the subscription renews as a paid subscription.
Referral invitations expire after 14 days. Each account may earn up to three successful referral rewards in a rolling 12-month period. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated invitations, refunds, chargebacks, and other abusive or fraudulent activity do not qualify. Apple and Google determine store eligibility, redemption, renewal timing, and final transaction terms. On Google Play, an earned inviter reward is applied by moving the next billing date through Google Play. On Apple platforms, the earned reward is redeemed through Apple's offer-code flow.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account subscription settings. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you retain access until then.
Refunds: Refund policies are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms. We do not directly process refunds for app store purchases. For any refund requests, please contact the respective app store.

All content, features, and functionality of our Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, and software—are owned by or licensed to The Power CEO, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
If you submit feedback or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that material only as reasonably necessary to operate, support, and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties.
You may delete your account from Settings in the app. Deleting the app from your device does not cancel an active subscription; subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable app store. Account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE POWER CEO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Power CEO, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and within the app. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
